How the cooperation works

We source, vet and post the workers — you simply receive them on site. Contracts, payroll and administration stay with us.

  • Send your request

Describe the trades, headcount and location. We usually reply within 24 hours with availability and a concrete offer.

  • We find and vet the workers

Candidate selection, qualification and experience checks, contracts, A1 certificates and registrations — all handled before day one.

  • You simply receive them

For most trades the crew is on site 2–4 weeks after the brief, and pre-vetted bench placements can start in under 10 days. Workers arrive ready to work and follow your instructions on site. We remain the employer — payroll, contributions and paperwork included.

  • Adjust without risk

Scale the team up or down as the project requires — and end the cooperation with 30 days' notice.

No workers needed? No costs.

No recruitment costs

No job ads, interviews or HR procedures — sourcing and selection are our job.

When there is no work, there are no costs

No wages, contributions or severance between projects — the cost ends with the last day of the posting.

30-day notice

End the cooperation at any time with 30 days' notice — no long-term lock-in.

Fast reinforcement for new projects

For a new order we scale the team from our pool of vetted workers — no starting the search from scratch.

Workers from Europe, ready to work

Every worker we place already has the right to work in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, or holds a valid Slovenian or Croatian residence-and-work permit. For you this means a faster start and less paperwork — we prepare the posting documentation before the first shift.

The right to work is settled in advance — workers can start when you need them.

A1 and registrations handled

Posting documentation under the EU posted-workers rules is our job — done before the first shift.

European industrial experience

Workers experienced in European industrial environments, used to European safety and quality standards.

Frequently asked questions

Temporary workers or a subcontracted crew — which model fits?

Both are available. With temporary staffing you direct our workers on site while we remain the employer — contracts, payroll and posting documentation stay with us. With subcontracting we deliver a defined work package with our own crew and supervision. Describe the project in the form and we will recommend the model that fits.

Which worker profiles do you provide?

Certified welders (MIG/MAG, TIG and more), electricians, pipefitters, locksmiths/metal workers and general labour. See our industries pages for specialisations within each trade.

Who takes care of A1 forms and posting documentation?

We do, as the employer. A1 social-security certificates, host-country notifications and compliance with local wage rules are part of our service — prepared before the workers start.

In which countries do you operate?

We are based in Maribor, Slovenia, and have over 10 years of experience. Today we place and post workers in Slovenia, Austria and Germany; earlier projects also took our workers to Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands and Algeria. We also take on new projects in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Evroproces d.o.o. is entered in the Slovenian register of labour-provision agencies (MDDSZ, register no. 111) and holds the German permit for temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, AÜG). In other countries, our employees work as posted workers under the EU rules, with A1 certificates.

How quickly can workers start?

In three stages. We reply to an enquiry usually within 24 hours with availability; a proposed team follows once certificates and work authorization are checked; for most trades the start on site is 2–4 weeks after the brief, and pre-vetted bench placements can start in under 10 days. Welders who need a weld test, and destination countries with heavier registration requirements, take longer — we give you a realistic date at the first enquiry and keep it.

What is the difference between staffing and recruitment?

In general, a staffing agency keeps the workers on its own payroll, while a recruitment agency often places candidates into direct employment with the client. With Evroproces there is only one model: we find and select the workers ourselves, and they stay employed by us while they work on your project — including all posting compliance. We do not place candidates into direct employment with your company. This page covers the supply and posting side; our recruitment-agency page explains how we find, vet and select the people.

What does your labour supply service include?

Labour supply with us means we employ the workers and post them to your project: selection, certificate checks, employment contracts, payroll, travel and accommodation, plus the complete posting file. You direct the work on site; we remain the employer and stay responsible for compliance for the whole engagement.

Are you a licensed labour-leasing provider?

Yes. Evroproces d.o.o. holds a German permit for labour leasing (Erlaubnis zur Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) granted under §§ 1 and 2 AÜG by the Federal Employment Agency and extended until 29 April 2027, plus Generali liability cover valid across Europe. The scanned permit can be downloaded from our company documents page. In Slovenia, our home jurisdiction, Evroproces d.o.o. is also entered in the register of labour-provision agencies kept by the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities (register no. 111, decision no. 11002-41/2015/12). The Slovenian register is public: the open-data portal podatki.gov.si publishes it as “Register domačih pravnih in fizičnih oseb za opravljanje dejavnosti zagotavljanja dela delavcev uporabniku”, so you can confirm entry no. 111 yourself before you sign anything.

What drives the price of hiring workers through an agency?

The trade and the qualification level required, the country and site location, the length of the engagement, the shift pattern and overtime expected, and whether accommodation and transport are part of the package. Because these differ from project to project, we quote per enquiry instead of publishing a rate list — describe the project and you get a concrete price with everything it includes.

Who handles the paperwork when workers are posted to Germany?

We do. Evroproces d.o.o. is the employer and holds the German labour-leasing permit under §§ 1 and 2 AÜG, so the A1 certificates, the German notifications, the § 48b construction-tax exemption certificate and compliance with the applicable wage rules are prepared by us before the first shift. The scanned originals are on our company documents page, each attributed to the company that holds it.

Looking for work rather than workers?

This page is for companies. If you are a trade worker, see our open vacancies and the job-search page — we employ welders, electricians, pipefitters and other trades for projects in Slovenia, Austria and Germany.
