Evroproces was founded in Maribor, Slovenia in 2014 as a small placement agency for local welders heading to Austrian and German shipyards. Ten years later, we hold staffing licenses in 10 countries and have placed skilled craftsmen across the continent.
From a single welder placement to ten licensed markets.
We started by solving a single problem: connecting skilled Slovenian welders with German shipyards that needed them, with the paperwork done properly. As the demand grew, we expanded one country at a time — never adding a market until we had the local staffing license in hand. Today we operate across the EU, the Nordics, Switzerland, and Algeria, with the same compliance-first ethos.
