Evroproces was founded in Maribor, Slovenia in 2014 as a small placement agency for local welders heading to Austrian and German shipyards. Today Evroproces d.o.o. holds labour-provision licences in Slovenia and Germany and places skilled craftsmen in Slovenia, Austria and Germany.
From a single welder placement to a compliance-first agency.
We started by solving a single problem: connecting skilled Slovenian welders with German shipyards that needed them, with the paperwork done properly. As demand grew, we added trades and projects — never without the licence or posting paperwork the work required. Today we place workers in Slovenia, Austria and Germany. Earlier projects also took our workers to Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands and Algeria. The compliance-first ethos is the same.

We will not place a worker without a contract and the licence or posting paperwork the work requires. We will not file paperwork late.

Skilled craft is a profession, not a commodity. Our workers are paid on time, housed near the worksite, and supported throughout the placement.

Slovenia, Austria and Germany, one operating standard.
Evroproces d.o.o. is entered in the Slovenian register of labour-provision agencies (MDDSZ, register no. 111) and holds the German permit for temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, AÜG). In other countries, our employees work as posted workers under the EU rules, with A1 certificates. Worker contracts, payroll, and social-insurance filings are handled in the country of employment.
