What labour leasing is and when it pays off
Labour leasing — in Slovenian law »zagotavljanje dela delavcev uporabniku«, colloquially »najem delovne sile« or »izposoja delavcev« — is a three-way relationship: the worker is employed by the agency and works at the user undertaking under its instructions. In Slovenia the activity is regulated by the Labour Market Regulation Act (ZUTD) and the rights of assigned workers by the Employment Relationships Act (ZDR-1). Only agencies entered in the register of the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities may provide it.
It pays off when you need people quickly and for a defined period: project peaks, seasonal production, cover for long absences or the start-up of a new line. We supply workers to user undertakings across Slovenia and, with the posting file prepared, to projects in Austria and Germany.
A registered agency, not an unlicensed intermediary
Evroproces d.o.o. is entered in the ministry's register of labour-provision agencies (register no. 111, decision no. 11002-41/2015/12). You can verify the entry in the public register — before you sign, not after an inspection.
Employer obligations sit with us
Employment contracts, payroll, social contributions, holiday allowance and medical examinations are our job. You provide the work, the instructions and a safe workplace — exactly what ZDR-1 asks of the user undertaking.
Equal conditions, no surprises
Under ZDR-1, assigned workers are entitled to the same pay and conditions as comparable employees of the user. We build the offer on that basis, so an inspection holds no surprises — for you or for the workers.
Flexible headcount within the legal frame
Scale the team up or down with the project; replacements are on us. ZDR-1 generally caps assigned workers at 25 % of the user's employees, with exceptions under sector collective agreements and for smaller employers — we help you plan within that frame.

Agreement and assignment
We sign a written labour-provision agreement, the workers receive an employment contract and an assignment to your site. For work abroad we also prepare A1 certificates and host-country registrations.
Work with you, administration with us
You direct the work and confirm the hours; we run payroll and keep the documentation for the whole assignment. If a worker does not fit, we replace them.

Our entry in the ministry's agency register (register no. 111, decision no. 11002-41/2015/12), the German AÜG permit and the Generali liability cover are published with issuers, numbers and validity periods — check them before you sign an agreement.

What is the difference between labour leasing, temporary staffing and recruitment?
Labour leasing, labour hire and temporary staffing are everyday names for the same service — legally »providing workers to a user undertaking«: the worker is employed by the agency and works for you. Recruitment in the narrow sense is different: an agency finds a candidate whom you then employ yourself. Evroproces does not offer that — our recruitment-agency page explains how we find, vet and select the workers we then employ and assign to you.
How much does leasing a worker cost?
The price depends on the trade and certificates, duration and headcount, location (Slovenia or abroad), shift work, and whether accommodation and transport are needed. Because an assigned worker must receive the same pay as comparable employees of the user under ZDR-1, your pay scale is the starting point; contributions, allowances and the agency service are added on top. We prepare a concrete offer after the first enquiry.
Who is the employer of a leased worker and who is responsible for safety at work?
Evroproces is the employer: we sign the employment contract and pay wages and contributions. Under ZDR-1 the user undertaking provides a safe workplace, instructions and working time in line with its own internal rules and the collective agreement that binds it.
Do you also supply workers for work in Slovenia?
Yes. We supply workers to user undertakings across Slovenia — in production, metalworking and construction — as well as for postings to projects abroad, where we prepare the A1 certificates and host-country registrations.
Are you licensed to provide workers to user undertakings?
Yes. Evroproces d.o.o. is entered in the register of domestic legal and natural persons providing workers to user undertakings, kept by the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities (register no. 111, decision no. 11002-41/2015/12). For Germany we also hold the AÜG labour-leasing permit, valid until 29 April 2027.
Which workers can we lease through you?
Certified welders, electricians, pipefitters, locksmiths and metal workers, and production and general labour. We employ candidates who already have the right to work in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, or who hold a valid Slovenian or Croatian residence-and-work permit; qualifications and certificates are checked before assignment.
