Evroproces has been placing skilled trades and general-labour teams into European industry since 2014. We focus on five disciplines — welding, general labour, locksmithing, pipefitting, and electrical — because depth in a narrow set of crafts produces faster, more accurate placements than a generalist database ever can. Each specialism has its own recruiter, its own pipeline of vetted candidates, and its own checklist of country-specific paperwork.

We are licensed for cross-border staffing under Slovenian law and operate as a fully compliant Posted Workers agency across the EU. That means workers arrive on legal contracts, with the right tickets and certifications for the country they are deploying to, and with a contact in our office who answers in their language.
