Industries we work with

Evroproces has been placing skilled trades and general-labour teams into European industry since 2014. We focus on five disciplines — welding, general labour, locksmithing, pipefitting, and electrical — because depth in a narrow set of crafts produces faster, more accurate placements than a generalist database ever can. Each specialism has its own recruiter, its own pipeline of vetted candidates, and its own checklist of country-specific paperwork.

Evroproces d.o.o. is entered in the Slovenian register of labour-provision agencies (MDDSZ, register no. 111) and holds the German permit for temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, AÜG). We place workers in Slovenia, Austria and Germany and post them under the EU posted-workers rules. That means workers arrive on legal contracts, with the right tickets and certifications for the country they are deploying to, and with a contact in our office who answers in their language.
