Do you handle the legal paperwork?

Yes — staffing license, employment contracts, A1 documents, social insurance filings, payroll, and tax remittance are all on us. You sign a placement agreement; we handle the rest.

What happens if a worker doesn't perform?

We offer a replacement guarantee. If a placement is not working out, contact your coordinator and we'll initiate a replacement at our cost within the agreed window.

Can you work on a project basis vs. ongoing staffing?

How do you handle EU Posted Workers?

Per Directive 96/71/EC and Enforcement Directive 2014/67/EU. Workers receive the host country's mandatory minimum wage, working time, holiday entitlement, and worker protections. A1 documents are filed before each posting.

Do workers receive social insurance?

Yes — full social insurance is filed in the country of employment. A1 portable documents evidence the cover for cross-border postings.
