What does a staffing agency do?
A staffing agency — sometimes called a workforce agency, a labour-hire or a placement agency — employs workers and provides them to client companies for their projects. The agency remains the employer — it handles recruitment, contracts, payroll and, for cross-border work, the posted-worker documentation — while the client directs the work on site.

How quickly can workers start?
It depends on the trade, headcount and destination country. Because candidate selection and the posting documentation run in parallel, the timeline is usually set by the documentation of the destination country — we tell you a realistic date at the first enquiry, and we keep it.
What is the difference between staffing and recruitment?
With staffing, the workers stay employed by us and work on your project — including all posting compliance. With recruitment, we find the person and you employ them directly. Many clients combine both: staffing for project peaks, recruitment for the permanent core team.
Are you a licensed labour-leasing provider?
Yes. Evroproces d.o.o. holds a German permit for labour leasing (Erlaubnis zur Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) granted under §§ 1 and 2 AÜG by the Federal Employment Agency and extended until 29 April 2027, plus Generali liability cover valid across Europe.
