We carry out defined work packages with our own crew and site lead, and take on complete projects as general contractor. The work runs through EP Montaža — Evroproces Montaža, our project company.

A work package or the whole project

A work package inside your project or a general contractor's: we deliver the agreed part with our own crew and site lead.

A complete project as general contractor: we take on the whole scope and manage our own subcontractors.

How a project is contracted

  1. Contract for work (Werkvertrag)

    EP MONTAŽA d.o.o. signs a contract for work with you that fixes the scope, the contract sum and the deadline.

  2. Our own employees

    Our crew on your project is employed by EP MONTAŽA d.o.o.

  3. SOKA-BAU

    EP MONTAŽA d.o.o. is registered with SOKA-BAU, the social funds of the German construction industry.

  4. § 48b EStG exemption

    EP MONTAŽA d.o.o. holds a German exemption certificate under § 48b EStG (Freistellungsbescheinigung), valid 10.03.2026–09.03.2027.

  5. Registrations in Germany

    For trades in Annex A of the German Crafts Code (Handwerksordnung), EP MONTAŽA d.o.o. registers the cross-border service with the competent Handwerkskammer before work starts. It also files the customs registration (Meldeportal-Mindestlohn) itself.

  6. Liability insurance

    EP MONTAŽA d.o.o. carries Generali liability insurance with a sum insured of EUR 100,000 per event, valid 24.04.2025–24.04.2035.

How a project runs

  1. Brief and site visit

    Send us the scope, the site and the timing. We usually reply within 24 hours and arrange a site visit or a call.

  2. Offer

    You receive an offer that sets out the scope, the crew and the timeline.

  3. Crew and site lead on site

    Our crew carries out the work under its own site lead.

  4. Handover and documentation

    We hand over the finished work together with its documentation.

Questions about projects

Who employs the crew on a project?
Our crew is employed by EP MONTAŽA d.o.o., our project company. On a complete project, EP MONTAŽA d.o.o. also signs an agreement with each subcontractor we bring in.
Who is responsible for the result?
EP MONTAŽA d.o.o. Under the contract for work it owes you the agreed result: the defined scope, by the agreed deadline. It organises the work itself, with its own crew and site lead.
What are SOKA-BAU and the § 48b exemption?
SOKA-BAU runs the social funds of the German construction industry, including the holiday fund for workers posted to German construction sites; EP MONTAŽA d.o.o. is registered with it. A § 48b EStG exemption certificate (Freistellungsbescheinigung) frees payments to its holder for construction services in Germany from the 15% construction withholding tax (§ 48 EStG). EP MONTAŽA d.o.o. holds one, valid 10.03.2026–09.03.2027, which you can download on our documents page.
Can you also just supply workers?
Yes. If you would rather direct the workers yourself, Evroproces d.o.o. provides agency workers in Slovenia, Austria and Germany; they stay employed by Evroproces d.o.o. and work under your direction. Construction work in Germany is always carried out as EP Montaža project work under a contract for work.
