Evroproces is a registered staffing agency under the labour law of every market we serve. Workers are paid through legal payroll. Social-insurance and tax filings are filed on time. There is no gray-market offering.
How we comply with cross-border posting law.
EU Posted Workers Directive
Compliance with Directive 96/71/EC and its Enforcement Directive 2014/67/EU. Workers receive the host country's mandatory minimum wage, working time, holiday entitlement, and worker protections.
A1 Portable Documents
Every posted worker carries a valid A1 document evidencing their social-security cover. We file each application with the issuing authority before the posting begins.
Legal payroll, on time
Workers are paid monthly through full-cycle payroll. Income tax, social insurance, and pension contributions are withheld and remitted to the appropriate authority in the country of employment.
Written contracts in plain language
Every worker receives a written employment contract in their native language detailing role, location, duration, pay, and termination terms — before deployment.
