Locksmith and metal-fitter skills we deploy
Our industrial locksmiths cover bench fitting on jigs and fixtures for series production, on-site mechanical fitting and machine commissioning, steel-structure assembly under EN 1090, architectural and stainless metalwork, and plant maintenance during shutdowns. The skill base sits on top of formal trade training in Slovenia, Croatia, and the Czech Republic, mapped to the German Schlosser and Austrian Maschinenbautechnik standards.
Most of our locksmiths read mechanical drawings, GD&T, and weld symbols fluently, and own at least two welding tickets — typically stick (111) and MIG/MAG (135) — for fitting tasks where a fully qualified welder is not required. They arrive with their own hand tools and a measurement kit, which removes a common cause of first-week downtime.

Countries where our locksmiths work
Locksmithing placements concentrate in German and Austrian machine builders (especially in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, and Upper Austria), Swiss precision shops, and the Dutch and Belgian fabrication contractors who feed European infrastructure programmes. Slovenian and Czech machine-builders form a steady secondary market for short-cycle bench work.
Most placements are 4 to 12 months, with rotations arranged around the EU Posted Workers Directive limits and the worker's family schedule. Where a Swiss site requires a short-stay permit, we will tell you up front whether we already have the worker's permit running rather than committing to a date we cannot meet.

Locksmithing certifications & compliance
All locksmiths arrive with EN 1090 awareness, work-at-heights certification, and — where the role requires it — crane-signaller (banksman) tickets. Trade qualifications are mapped against the destination-country standard before the offer goes out, so the worker is not turned away on day one for paperwork that we should have caught in pre-screening.
Where the role calls for welding, the underlying ISO 9606 ticket is verified against the original certificate. Posted Workers Directive paperwork — A1 forms and host-country notifications — is filed by our office, and a named local representative is appointed wherever the law requires one.
Licensed · Audited · Compliant
