Industrial Metalwork

Industrial metal fitters and fabricators.

Bench fitters, on-site mechanical fitters and steel installers — placed where precision metal work meets a deadline. This is industrial metalwork, not locksmith call-out service.

Skills & specializations

Metal-fitter skills we deploy

Our industrial metal fitters cover bench fitting on jigs and fixtures for series production, on-site mechanical fitting and machine commissioning, steel-structure assembly under EN 1090, architectural and stainless metalwork, and plant maintenance during shutdowns. The skill base sits on top of formal trade training, mapped to the German Schlosser and Austrian Maschinenbautechnik standards.

Most of our fitters read mechanical drawings, GD&T, and weld symbols fluently, and own at least two welding tickets — typically stick (111) and MIG/MAG (135) — for fitting tasks where a fully qualified welder is not required. They arrive with their own hand tools and a measurement kit, which removes a common cause of first-week downtime.

Countries we cover

Countries where our metal fitters work

Industrial metalwork placements go to machine builders, steel-construction contractors and plant operators in Slovenia, Austria and Germany.

Most placements are 4 to 12 months, with rotations arranged around the EU Posted Workers Directive limits and the worker's family schedule. We confirm a start date only once the posting paperwork is in place, rather than committing to a date we cannot meet.

Certifications & compliance

Industrial metalwork certifications & compliance

All fitters arrive with EN 1090 awareness, work-at-heights certification, and — where the role requires it — crane-signaller (banksman) tickets. Trade qualifications are mapped against the destination-country standard before the offer goes out, so the worker is not turned away on day one for paperwork that we should have caught in pre-screening.

Where the role calls for welding, the underlying ISO 9606 ticket is verified against the original certificate. Posted Workers Directive paperwork — A1 forms and host-country notifications — is filed by our office, and a named local representative is appointed wherever the law requires one.
