Skills & specializations

Pipefitter skills we deploy

Our pipefitters cover the full European spectrum, from sanitary and drainage installation in residential MEP to commercial HVAC and chilled-water work, industrial process piping for steam, glycol, and chemical service, and stainless or high-purity systems for pharma and food. Most of them pre-fabricate to isometric drawings in a workshop and erect on site, which keeps schedule on multi-storey residential projects.

Brazing and silver-soldering for refrigerant lines, pressure testing, hydrotesting, and final snagging are part of the standard skill set. We split the rosters by trade — sanitary fitter, industrial fitter, gas fitter — so a client who asks for a process pipefitter does not get a residential plumber.

  • Sanitary and drainage installation in residential MEP
  • Commercial HVAC and chilled-water pipework
  • Industrial process piping (steam, glycol, chemical)
  • Stainless and high-purity piping for pharma and food
  • Carbon-steel and PE pipe fabrication and pre-fabrication
  • Brazing and silver-soldering for refrigerant lines
  • Pressure testing, hydrotesting, and snagging
  • Reading P&IDs, isometrics, and line lists
Countries we cover

Countries where our pipefitters work

Pipefitting placements run heaviest in DACH residential and commercial construction, Belgian and Dutch petrochemical and pharma sites, and Nordic housing and hospital builds. Switzerland, Austria, and southern Germany take most of our gas-fitter capacity; Belgium, the Netherlands, and Sweden take most of the process-piping placements.

Engagements typically run 3 to 12 months, with rotations planned around country-specific working-time rules. Where a project requires Norwegian or Danish wage-board agreements, we run the numbers against the local collective agreement before quoting, so the rate the worker sees on day one is the rate that closes the project.

Certifications & compliance

Pipefitting certifications & compliance

Pipefitters arrive with valid pressure-system tickets, brazing qualifications under EN 13585 where required, and country-specific gas licences for the German DVGW, Swiss SVGW, and Austrian ÖVGW frameworks. Sanitary fitters in Belgium and the Netherlands carry the relevant VCA-VOL or VCA*Basis safety passports.

Where the role includes ASME IX or EN ISO 15614 weldments, the underlying weld ticket is verified separately and matched to the project WPS. Posted Workers Directive paperwork — A1 forms, German Mindestlohn registration, Belgian Limosa, French SIPSI — is filed before mobilisation.
