Skills & specializations

Electrician skills we deploy

Our electricians cover residential first-fix and finish wiring, commercial fit-out and small-power, BMS and KNX building automation, industrial cable management, and MV/LV panel building. The newer end of the roster handles EV charging, photovoltaic, and battery-storage installations across DACH and the Nordics, with PLC wiring and basic commissioning on industrial sites.

Most of our electricians read single-line, schematic, and termination drawings fluently and arrive with their own metering and termination tools. The roster is split between residential, commercial, and industrial — so a request for an industrial sparks does not return a domestic electrician with a switchboard background and vice versa.

  • Residential first-fix and finish wiring
  • Commercial fit-out, lighting, and small power
  • BMS and KNX building-automation installation
  • Industrial cable management, tray, and ladder
  • MV/LV panel building and switchgear assembly
  • EV charging, PV, and battery-storage installation
  • PLC wiring, I/O loop checks, and basic commissioning
  • Reading single-line, schematic, and termination drawings
Countries we cover

Countries where our electricians work

Electrical placements run heaviest in Nordic residential housing programmes (Sweden, Norway, Denmark), German commercial fit-out and industrial work, Swiss precision and pharma facilities, and central-European EV and battery-plant projects in Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary. Belgium and the Netherlands take a steady stream of commercial and BMS-installation work.

Postings are typically 6 to 18 months and follow the local electrical-licensing framework. Where the country requires a registered local supervisor (German Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft, Norwegian faglig ansvarlig), we will say so before the offer goes out and route the placement accordingly.

Certifications & compliance

Electrical certifications & compliance

Every electrician arrives with the country licence required for the assignment — German Elektrofachkraft / VDE 0100, Swiss NIV, Austrian E-RZ, and Nordic AML/EBR/FSE certifications. Live-working tickets, height passports, and confined-space credentials are added on request and verified before the worker boards.

Posted Workers Directive paperwork — A1 forms, country-specific notifications, and locally registered supervisors where the law requires one — is filed by our office. We do not let electricians arrive on site without the registration their country of deployment requires.

Licensed · Audited · Compliant

Fully licensed in every country we operate.

Staffing licenses, legal payroll, social-insurance filings, A1 portable documents, and full EU Posted Workers Directive compliance. No gray-market work.

Why Evroproces

Why Evroproces for electrical staffing

  • Country licences verified against the issuing register, not just against the worker's photocopy.
  • Vetting that includes a working-language interview against the project description and, where the client requests it, a panel-test brief.
  • Mobilisation in 2 to 4 weeks once licensing and notifications are confirmed.
  • A coordinator who handles permits, accommodation, and any technical disputes in the worker's first language, for the full duration of the posting.
