General-labour roles we deploy
Our general-labour rosters cover the everyday physical work that keeps construction sites, warehouses, and production lines moving. Construction crews include form-work carpenters, steel fixers, concreters, and finishing crews; mechanical fitters handle conveyor lines, machine assembly, and shutdown work; warehouse teams operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet-stacking systems.
We also place C+E truck drivers for distribution and long-haul, demolition and recycling crews for site clean-down, and general helpers for shutdowns, turnarounds, and seasonal peaks. The selection sits on top of a ledger of past placements — we know which workers performed well on similar sites and we route them back to clients who request them by name.

Countries where our general-labour teams work
General-labour placements run from Slovenia to Sweden, with the heaviest demand in German residential and commercial construction, Belgian and Dutch logistics hubs, Austrian and Swiss infrastructure programmes, and Nordic housing and renewable-energy projects. Slovenia, Croatia, and the Czech Republic are the home countries of most of our crews.
Engagements typically run 3 to 12 months, with the option to renew. Where a client needs short-cycle peak cover — a one-week shutdown, a three-week stocktake — we maintain a smaller pool of workers who travel quickly and bill cleanly against framework agreements.

General-labour certifications & compliance
Country-specific safety passports are issued before the worker boards — the German SCC/SCC*, the Benelux VCA-VOL/VCA*Basis, and the Nordic site cards (ID06 in Sweden, HMS-kort in Norway, byggekort in Denmark) all sit in our pre-mobilisation checklist. Forklift, reach-truck, and HGV C+E licences are issued under EU CE rules and matched to the country of deployment.
First-aid certification is held by all crew leaders, and working-at-heights tickets are renewed annually rather than left to lapse. Posted Workers Directive paperwork — A1 forms, host-country notifications, and where required a local representative — is filed by our office, not by the worker.
