Identity and right-to-work basics

Keep a valid ID or passport available and make sure names and dates match other documents. Small inconsistencies can slow a mobilisation.

Trade proof and licences

Bring certificates, licences, welding papers, safety cards, forklift tickets, or electrical authorisations that match your trade. Originals or clear scans are useful.

Employment and pay details

Contracts, bank details, tax information, and social-security data may be needed before travel. Share them only through trusted channels.

Project-specific papers

Some countries or sites require extra notifications, medical checks, safety training, or local cards. The agency should tell you what applies before departure.

For Employers

Hire skilled workers, fully compliant.

Welders, electricians, locksmiths, pipefitters and general-labour teams — vetted, licensed, and ready to deploy across Europe.
