How it works
From brief to deployment, end to end.
Two parallel processes — one for employers, one for workers. Both run on the same compliance backbone.
Six steps from request to deployed crew.
Brief
You send roles, certifications, location, language, start date, and duration. We respond within 24 hours with availability and indicative pricing.
Shortlist
We pull from our pre-vetted bench or run a targeted search. You receive shortlisted candidate dossiers (CVs, certifications, work history) within 3–7 working days.
Interview & weld test
You interview candidates remotely or on-site. For trades requiring on-site verification (welders), we coordinate practical tests at your facility.
Contracting
We issue contracts compliant with the host country's labour law. Workers sign in their native language. You receive a placement agreement.
Mobilization
A1 documents, housing near the site, and transport are arranged. Workers receive a pre-arrival briefing.
On-site coordination
A dedicated coordinator handles payroll, attendance, and any worker concerns throughout the engagement.
Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks brief to first day on-site, depending on certifications required.
Five steps from application to first paycheck.
Apply
Send us your CV and certifications via the Job Search form. We respond within 24 hours, usually faster.
Vet & match
We verify your certifications, run a brief interview, and match you to current openings that fit your trade and language.
Contract
You receive a written employment contract in your native language detailing role, location, pay, hours, and termination terms — before you commit.
Mobilization
We organize your A1 document, travel, and housing near the worksite. You arrive with everything in place.
Work & get paid
Monthly payroll, full social insurance, on-time payment. Coordinator on-site for any issues.
